Welcome to Yatriva ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (https://yatriva.app) and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Yatriva is a travel planning and booking platform designed for tourism in Dima Hasao. Our Services include AI-assisted trip planning, transportation and weather information, cab booking handoffs, and a marketplace to discover and reserve accommodations and activities. We provide tools to help you manage your itinerary, but we do not operate the properties, trains, or cabs listed on our platform.
You may browse our Services and make certain reservations as a guest. However, for full functionality—including saving itineraries, tracking booking history, participating in travel polls, and managing owner listings—you must register an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Yatriva facilitates reservations between you and third-party property owners or activity providers. When you make a booking, you are entering into a direct agreement with the provider. Yatriva acts solely as a technological intermediary and is not a party to the rental or service agreement. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of the accommodations or activities.
Train Information: We provide train schedules, live status, and PNR information via third-party APIs (such as IRCTC via RapidAPI). We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of this information, nor do we operate the trains.
Cab Bookings: Our cab booking feature currently acts as a handoff to a third-party WhatsApp operator. When you initiate a cab booking, we pre-fill a message for you to send to the operator via WhatsApp. Yatriva does not manage the cab fleet, set final pricing, or guarantee cab availability or safety.
Our Services include an AI-powered trip planner that generates suggested itineraries based on your input. These recommendations are generated by an artificial intelligence model (Google Gemini) and are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. We do not guarantee that the suggested routes, timings, or activities are accurate, open, safe, or optimal. You are responsible for verifying all travel details.
Yatriva uses a third-party payment processor (Razorpay) to handle payments for bookings. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the booking, including applicable taxes and fees. Yatriva does not store your full financial credentials.
[BUSINESS/LEGAL POLICY TO BE CONFIRMED] The specific cancellation windows, refund eligibility criteria, and penalty fees for bookings are determined by the individual property/activity owner and the general Yatriva cancellation policy. Currently, the platform supports automated refunds via our payment gateway if a booking is cancelled before the check-in date or if an inventory lock expires before payment capture. Specific cutoff times and refund percentages must be verified prior to completing a booking.

If you upload avatars, travel documents, property images, or submit reviews and travel journals, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Yatriva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content as necessary to provide the Services. You represent that you have the right to share this content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
Our Services rely on various third-party providers (including Supabase, Google Cloud, Razorpay, Resend, Open-Meteo, Nominatim, and OSRM). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Our website may also contain links to external websites that we do not operate or control.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YATRIVA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YATRIVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRAVEL EXPERIENCES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THIRD-PARTY OFFERINGS.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
